A useful order for your first run
- Learn the two room objectives. The beginner guide explains why breaking every object is only half the job.
- Know your next unlock. Keep the weapon growth table and coin upgrade costs separate: they are different progression systems.
- Read the next enemy before entering. Use the 30-level chapter guide, then follow its links to the attack reference.
- Change position when a shot is blocked. The cover illustration shows why moving around an edge matters more than holding fire.
- Know how to recover. Read continue versus restart before choosing after a defeat.
Which Banana Cat game does this wiki cover?
These guides describe the 2D browser shooter on this site, where Banana Cat clears rooms by destroying objects and defeating enemies. They do not describe the puzzles or unlocks in other games with a similar name. You can open this game in your browser without downloading it or creating an account.
Enemy names and attack rules are kept separate. The Banana Cat character guide includes portraits and linked meme-source notes for Meowpin, Happy Cat, OIIA and the Shield Dog. Descriptive names remain descriptive where an original identity has not been established.
The game and guides are available in English and French. Some screenshots show the original interface; quoted labels may differ from your selected language. See game updates for the feature history and About the game for a broader introduction.
